BraveLab 2nd Birthday!

On January 13, 2018, the Bilitis Foundation organized the first meeting of BraveLab, the first safe space for LGBTI youth aged 14-29. And on January 13, 2020, we will celebrate the group’s second birthday! 🎂🥳

During these two years, the youth shared and discussed important topics for them, including understanding and exploring their LGBTI identity, coming out, relationships with the family, problems at school and workplace, mental health, prevention of HIV/AIDS and other STIs and many others. Depending on the interest and needs of the young people, many different experiments were carried out at BraveLab’s laboratory – from conducting trainings, workshops and discussions, through art sessions, games and culinary competitions, to participation in various initiatives and welcoming different guests.
