Aims
PREVENT (Workplace well-being and risk assessment for LGBTI employees)
The overall aim of the “PREVENT” project, funded by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme of the European Union is to promote the wellbeing of LGBTI people on the workplace and to tackle the risk of discrimination. The project also aims to promote management that develops the diversity of the employees in the public as well as in the private sector.
Activities
- Data collection of interviews and focus groups, monitoring the implementation of EU legislation on safety and wellbeing on the workplace
- Development of risk assessment tools and collecting and sharing of existing best practices on prevention of discrimination via online learning
- Training of employers and prevention workers through e-learning
- Dissemination and outreach in national seminars, a European conference, animated information videos and social media campaign.
