The Safe To Be Handbook examines the possibilities of administering restorative justice in cases of anti-LGBTI hate crimes. It contains five articles that look at restorative justice and its development in a historical and theoretical context, as well as present good practices for its application in cases of anti-LGBTI hate crimes. The handbook also provides an overview of the development of restorative justice in Bulgaria and presents the legal framework and good practices in the field.
